  • BCP, Peru’s largest bank asked Frog to imagine their next-generation physical branch that will help their customers make the transition to digital banking.

  • We conducted qualitative and quantitative research along with branch audits to identify the needs and motivations of customers within digital (web & app) and physical (in-branch) touchpoints across their entire journey. Worked with research, strategy, product management, architecture, visual design, and development teams to create and test user-centric solutions that aligned with the business needs. We built a low-fidelity branch prototype and pilot branches in Lima to test initial interaction concepts.
